YWAM Japan National Conference 2015

 2015 YWAM Japan staff conference! Each year YWAM Japan is required to meet together for business reasons, but we use this time to worship together and pray and hear a teaching from someone. It lasts for four days. (March 10-13)

This year again, we met together at a retreat type place where different groups or schools can come up to the mountains and have different activities. So beautiful! Every morning we would go down (to the area in this picture) before breakfast for a raising of the flags and stretching with all groups staying in this place. Very cold, but extremely fun.Oh heavenly father! How perfect is your creation!

Everyday, we gathered together and worshipped. (same room we had last year)

Worshipped allot! I love seeing the faces of people who are loving on Jesus!

 

So much love and prayer for one another! Its so cool to see people who truly want to love one another. No matter which YWAM base you work for, we are all family and when we come together love bubbles out. 

John Dawson was our speaker for this time. He spoke about family and how the kingdom is meant to operate as a family. (God as our father, we are his children!) We sat in a circle for some of the sessions. John Dawson is one of the earlier founders of YWAM. The director I believe.(The man in the glasses was the Japanese translator.)

I could post many happy, joyful faces of people enjoying one another but ill stop with these. Such awesome fellowship! Even though I'm much of an introvert, I really enjoyed spending time and eating meals with everyone! There are so many people with so many cool stories and deep love for the Lord. Such a blessing to be apart of this time.

One of the last things that John Dawson did made the entire room burst into tears. (It was quit the sniffle fess.) He prayed over the head director of YWAM Japan. This Japanese man who served the Lord humbly in his life. He blessed him and thanked him for all he has done. So beautiful! Such an amazing sight! Praise God!



THANK YOU JESUS for all you did during this time in the mountains of Nara, Japan. What lovely people you have called here! You are good, and you are big!
